1. User-Generated Content Disclaimer

DOLLAR EMPIRE MEDIA is a platform that hosts content uploaded and broadcast by independent creators. All videos, live streams, comments, and chat messages are the sole responsibility of the users who create them. DOLLAR EMPIRE MEDIA, its owners, and operators do not endorse, verify, or assume liability for any user-generated content, including its accuracy, legality, or suitability.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed. Accounts that post it face warnings, suspension, or permanent bans:

• Nudity & sexual content — pornography, sexually explicit material, or sexual solicitation of any kind.
• Abusive language — harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or degrading attacks on individuals or groups.
• Incitement — content promoting violence, ethnic or tribal hatred, or political incitement contrary to the laws of Kenya including the National Cohesion and Integration Act.
• Fraud & scams — pyramid schemes, "double your money" offers, fake investment opportunities, M-Pesa reversal tricks, impersonation, or any deceptive scheme designed to defraud viewers.
• Illegal content — anything that violates Kenyan law or the laws applicable to the viewer's jurisdiction.

3. Your Responsibility as a User

By uploading, streaming, commenting, or chatting on this platform you confirm that:

• You own or have full rights to the content you share;
• Your content complies with these guidelines and applicable law;
• You accept full personal legal responsibility for what you publish;
• You understand that violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Moderation & Enforcement

We use automated screening and human review. Content may be held for review before publishing, removed after publishing, or reported. Our strike system: warnings are issued for violations; repeated violations result in automatic account suspension. Viewers can report any content using the ⚑ Report button.

5. Viewer Discretion

While we work to keep the platform safe, we cannot pre-screen everything in real time — especially live streams. Viewer discretion is advised. If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOLLAR EMPIRE MEDIA shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from user-generated content, including financial loss from scams promoted by users, emotional distress from abusive content, or any reliance placed on content hosted here. Report suspected fraud to the platform and to the DCI (Directorate of Criminal Investigations) where applicable.

7. Copyright

Do not upload content you do not own. Rights holders may submit takedown requests via our report system or contact form; infringing content will be removed and repeat infringers banned.
